Education:
Ms. Tuschinski graduated from Florida State University
College of Law with honors in 2005. She received a Bachelor
of Science degree in Criminology and minor in Political
Science from Florida State University in 2001, where she
graduated magna cum laude. During law school, Ms. Tuschinski
served as an editor for Florida State University’s law
review and also as a member of the moot court team.
Experience / Designations:
Ms. Tuschinski began working as an associate attorney for
the law office of Martin J. Ganderson in January, 2006,
concentrating in estate planning and administration and
elder law matters. During law school, Ms. Tuschinski clerked
for two private law firms in Tallahassee and for the office
of the Attorney General for the state of Florida.
Ms.
Tuschinski is a member of the Virginia State Bar, the
American Bar Association, and the Norfolk and Portsmouth Bar
Association. She is admitted to practice in the Supreme
Court of Virginia.
Personal:
Ms. Tuschinski resides in Virginia Beach, although she is
originally from Marlborough, Massachusetts, where her
parents Patricia and Charlie Robichaud still reside. She is
married to Timothy Tuschinski, who is a pilot in the Navy.
She has a sister who lives in Fort Dodge, Iowa, and a
brother who lives in Tallahassee, Florida. Ms. Tuschinski
enjoys spending her free time reading, running, or simply
spending time with friends.
